We offer UK, Europe and Worldwide deliveries. We despatch orders at 4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We need to receive your order on those days by 3:00pm. When possible we may despatch orders received after that time. No orders are despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays in England and Wales.

Mio Dash Cam Questions and Answers
Question: What is the difference between a single and dual Mio MiVue dash cam?
Answer: Single-camera Mio MiVue models, such as the MiVue 956W or MiVue C595W, record the road ahead through a single front-facing lens. Dual-camera models, such as the MiVue 956WD or MiVue C595WD, add a second rear-facing camera, and the MiVue 956W + E80 bundle adds an interior camera as well, giving synchronised footage in the event of an incident. If you are frequently reversed into or rear-ended, or want a complete record of a journey, a dual-camera model is worth the extra cost over a single-camera equivalent.
Question: Do Mio dash cams need a memory card bought separately?
Answer: Yes, on most standalone Mio MiVue models a microSD card is not included in the box and must be bought separately. We recommend a Class 10 card as a minimum, and a Class U3 or V30 (or above) card for models recording in 2.5K or 4K. Some bundle packages, such as the MiVue J756EXT, include a high-endurance microSD card as standard, so check the individual product page to confirm what is included with your chosen model.
Question: How do GPS speed camera alerts work on Mio dash cams?
Answer: Every Mio MiVue dash cam in our range includes integrated GPS, which provides Safety Camera Warnings as you approach a known fixed speed camera location. Many current models also add an Average Speedcam Alert for average-speed camera zones. Because the alerts are calculated from GPS location, no mobile signal or subscription is required, and the on-device safety camera database can be updated over Wi-Fi on models that support it.
Question: What does Parking Mode need on a Mio dash cam - SmartBox or included?
Answer: This depends on the model. Several current models, including the MiVue 803W PRO, 903W PRO, 903WD PRO, C595EXT and J756DS/J756EXT, include a SmartBox or hardwire kit as standard, giving Parking Mode straight out of the box. Other models, such as the MiVue 956W, 956WD and 955W, support Parking Mode but require the optional MiVue SmartBox IV, sold separately, to provide power while the vehicle is parked with the ignition off.
Question: Which Mio camera suits a motorcycle rather than a car?
Answer: For motorcycles, we recommend a dedicated rider camera rather than a standard car dash cam. The MiVue M820WD is a detachable, IP67 waterproof dual-camera system designed to mount to a motorcycle, while the MiVue MP30 GPS is a helmet-mounted dual 2.5K camera with a built-in battery and magnetic buckle-and-go mounting. Both are built to withstand vibration, weather and the mounting positions used on a motorcycle, unlike the standard car-focused MiVue range.
Question: Do Mio dash cams record clearly at night?
Answer: Yes. Current Mio MiVue models use High Dynamic Range (HDR) recording and, on higher models, a Sony STARVIS or STARVIS 2 sensor, both designed to improve clarity in low light and high-contrast conditions such as oncoming headlights at night. Models with a wider F1.8 aperture lens let in more light, further improving low-light and night-time footage compared with a narrower-aperture lens.
