BlackVue is a specialist dash cam manufacturer with a reputation for cloud-connected cameras and high-resolution video recording. BlackVue ELITE Range - New for 2026
The BlackVue ELITE range was introduced in 2025 and replaces the previous DR series as the flagship BlackVue line-up. All five ELITE models share a common platform: Sony STARVIS 2 image sensors, Smart Parking Mode (available as Power Saving under 1mA, Motion Detection and Time Lapse), a 10-second pre-event buffer, BlackVue Cloud connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, built-in GPS and GLONASS, and Bluetooth. Optional 4G Cloud connectivity is available on all ELITE models via the external CM100GLTE module, sold separately. The ELITE range divides into three tiers: the ELITE 10 records 4K UHD front and is available as 1CH or 2CH with a 4K UHD rear camera; the ELITE 9 records 4K UHD front and 2K QHD rear and is available as 2CH only; the ELITE 8 records 2K QHD front and is available as 1CH or 2CH with a 2K QHD rear camera.

Deliveries
We offer UK, Europe and Worldwide deliveries. We despatch orders at 4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We need to receive your order on those days by 3:00pm. When possible we may despatch orders received after that time. No orders are despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays in England and Wales.

Choosing a BlackVue Dash Cam
The key decision when choosing a BlackVue ELITE dash cam is resolution and channel count. All five ELITE models share the same Smart Parking Mode platform, BlackVue Cloud connectivity, built-in GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so the choice comes down to image quality and whether you want rear coverage as well as front. The ELITE 10 records 4K UHD front and rear, the ELITE 9 records 4K UHD front with 2K QHD rear, and the ELITE 8 records 2K QHD on both channels.
For most drivers, the ELITE 8 2CH offers excellent dual-channel coverage at a more accessible price point. If maximum image quality is the priority - particularly for capturing number plates at distance - the ELITE 10 2CH is the flagship choice, with 4K UHD recording on both the front and rear cameras. Single-channel buyers who do not need rear coverage can save by choosing the ELITE 10 1CH or ELITE 8 1CH.
BlackVue Cloud and Parking Mode
All BlackVue ELITE models are compatible with BlackVue Cloud via the free BlackVue App, available for iOS and Android. Cloud features include Remote Live View (watch live footage from the camera), GPS Tracking, Emergency Notifications when the camera detects an impact, and Video Backup. Always-on 4G Cloud connectivity requires the optional external CM100GLTE module, sold separately, together with a data SIM of your choice.
Smart Parking Mode works in three ways: Power Saving Mode draws under 1mA from your vehicle battery and wakes instantly on detecting an impact; Motion Detection Mode records when movement is detected in front of the camera; Time Lapse Mode records a continuous compressed record of activity while parked. All three modes require a hardwire connection to your vehicle's fuse box, or the optional BlackVue Power Magic Ultra Battery B-130X or BlackVue Power Magic Battery Pack B-112 to power the camera without draining the vehicle battery.
