Business and Corporate Customers

Although the ActiveGPS.co.uk website is very much geared up for UK consumers with prices including VAT we do also offer a busines-to-business (B2B) service. This could be an on-going single or multiple purchases right up to a one off or on-going bulk orders.

We have in past supplied blue chip companies, the MOD and smaller independents both in the UK and in mainland Europe.

We only sell genuine products, parts and maps from any particular manufacturer i.e. TomTom. For more information about us please see our About Us page.

The service we offer business and corporate customers includes:

‣Dedicated business contact - to ensure a smooth transaction
‣Pro-forma and bespoke invoicing
‣VAT receipt(s)
‣Payment via BACS, credit/debit card or via company cheque - please bear in mind that cheque payment can take up to seven business days to fully clear the banking system.

European Business and Corporate customers

If you're a business owner and VAT registered in Europe, we may be able to remove the VAT element from your purchase (but not from the delivery charge). Please e-mail us, or use the online form on our contact us page, to first discuss your purchase with us. We can then advise the total amount, less the UK VAT currently at a rate of 20%. We would need your VAT number on a letterhead.
