The cable will also enable you to charge a smartphone, tablet, etc. One end of the car charger simply plugs into your vehicles cigarette lighter socket, while the other plugs directly into the back of your compatible Garmin sat nav.

The cable is available to purchase with and without an extra USB port for charging/powering another device from your vehicles' cigarette lighter socket using a USB connection.

The genuine Garmin mini USB vehicle power cable will work in vehicles with a vehicle/car battery output of between 10-24 volts.
