Mio MiVue C588T Dual dashboard camera features a built-in 2.0-inch display which allows you to playback videos instantly on the dash cam. The Mio MiVue C588T Dual also includes a rear camera for recording the view behind your vehicle.

Mio MiVue C588T Dual dash cam records in 1080p Full HD quality through an F1.8 lens which works in all light conditions and also includes night mode. There is a 140 degree wide-angle lens for capturing a wide view of the road ahead for the front camera. The rear camera records in with a 130 degree angle lens.

Utilising the latest motion detection technology the Mio MiVue C588T can automatically activate and record videos when a motion is detected near the front of your vehicle. To enable recording at all times requires the Mio MiVue C588T Dual dash cam to be connected and powered via the Mio MiVue Smartbox IV (sold separately).

No microSD card is included in the box. You will need to purchase the microSD storage card separately.

The Mio MiVue C588T Dual dashboard camera features a built-in 2.0-inch display which allows you to playback videos instantly on the dash cam. The Mio MiVue C588T Dual also includes a rear camera for recording the view behind your vehicle. Power to the rear camera is via a cable provided in the box which also sends video to be recorded to the front dash cam unit.

Auto Power On feature is also available from the moment you start your car.

Integrated GPS records your route so you can track your route on a computer. The Mio MiVue C588T Dual also records and stores your GPS speed, altitude, longitude, latitude and heading. Speed cameras are also alerted to as well as speed limits so you will always know the road speed limit.

Designed with Sony's premium STARVIS CMOS, the Mio MiVue C588T front camera produces footage with superb contrast, clear and rich colours, even in lowlight conditions.

You can playback videos and browse through stored videos with speed control. GPS Overlay in Google Maps provides a moving map synchronised with the video. Videos are organised by type and date for faster searching. Furthermore you can combine videos and share your recordings on social media sites (YouTube, Facebook).

3-axis G-Sensor captures footage automatically when an impact is detected and the MiVue dash camera automatically stores and prevents the crucial video from being overwritten.

Installation

The Mio MiVue C588T Dual dash cam comes supplied with two cameras. The MiVue C588T main or forward facing camera needs to be mounted on your vehicles front windscreen. A supplied cigarette lighter power cable enables you to power the main camera. Mounting the front camera is via the supplied 3M windscreen mounting bracket. The rear camera is designed to be mounted on your vehicles rear windscreen, sometimes referred to as parcel shelf window. To connect the MiVue C588T main/front camera with the rear camera the unit is supplied with an 8metre rear camera cable when you purchase from ActiveGPS.

MiVue Manager Compatibility

MiVue Manager is a tool for you to view the videos recorded on your MiVue Dual C588T recorder on a PC computer or Mac Computer. The Mio MiVue software can be downloaded from the Mio Service website.
