Powering your DriveSmart 76

To power and charge your Garmin DriveSmart 76 sat nav in your vehicle you will also need to buy (or already have) the Garmin DriveSmart 76 USB-C vehicle power cable (pictured right).

The USB-C vehicle power cable will also enable you to charge a smartphone, tablet, etc. One end of the car charger simply plugs into your vehicles cigarette lighter socket, while the other plugs directly into the back of the Garmin DriveSmart 76.

What do the letters stand for? LM = Lifetime Maps, LMT = Lifetime Maps and Lifetime Traffic, LMT-D = Lifetime Maps and Lifetime Traffic via the DAB (Digital Audio Broadcast) network. These letters signify what your original Garmin Camper or nuvi sat nav was supplied with.

Alternative mounting option
