For a number of the lines we sell, we may be the only stockist in Europe and possible the World. So you might not find the assortment available anywhere else but from ActiveGPS.
We also only sell genuine parts and accessories from any particular manufacturer i.e. TomTom. For more information about us please see our about us page.
Please note: As we're a UK business we stock UK and European specification models e.g. Garmin nuvi sat nav and/or Handheld GPS will be preloaded with UK and/or European road maps or basemap. If you're a customer for example in Australia, none of the devices we sell will be preloaded with Australian maps. In the instance of a Garmin nuvi sat nav we do stock Australian road maps separately. We suggest that you contact us first before ordering outside the EU (European Union) to ensure that the product will meet your expectations.

Typical delivery times to Europe and non-European countries
‣Deliveries to Europe, including Republic of Ireland, usually take 3-5 days.
‣Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Middle East, Canada and USA usually take 5-10 days.

European Business and Corporate customers

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for deliveries to the Middle East - we experience a higher than usual proportion of returned and undelivered mail to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, the Gulf States etc.
Although we will always despatch to the exact address that you supply to us this has not prevented previous orders from being returned from the above countries as 'incorrect address' or 'unknown recipient'. We do not know why this should be the case in the Middle East but we recommend that you are absolutely certain of your address – including apartment number, building name and or number, postcode and a responsible person who will accept your delivery if you are not at the delivery address.
If your order is being delivered to a reception, mail room, or site hut, you must know and trust that it will be handed over to you.
All of our deliveries require a signature. Once a delivery has been accepted we cannot be held responsible if the person signing for your order does not hand it over to you. If it has been accepted at your advised delivery address and you do not have the package then you will need to contact your local Police or onsite security. We will assist you with proof of delivery.
We do not usually despatch to a mail box/PO Box but we understand that at some locations you may have no option. You must ensure that a mail box/PO Box is at an attended secure location where a signature will be obtained and the goods handed to you.
Most importantly, we will e-mail you with your tracking number when your order is despatched. If a delivery is attempted you SHOULD receive an advisory card. However, this does not always appear to happen, so you will need to be pro-active and ask at your local delivery office/Post Office – always quoting your unique tracking number. We suggest that if nothing has been received within 10 days that you begin to enquire locally.
Packages which are not collected (even if the local delivery service has not contacted you) will be returned to ActiveGPS. If you decide to cancel your order we will not refund a delivery charge if your order has been dispatched and delivery has been attempted and/or it has been returned to us. If you want a second delivery attempt we may need to ask you to pay for a second delivery.
Finally, your local Customs or Tax office may be withholding delivery pending payment of any import taxes.
