The company called me and offered an alternative at a slightly increased cost. I accepted and the second item arrived the next day. The replacement has turned out to be an improvement on the original item ordered.

Excellent experience. Wrote to activegps prior to coming to Britain for vacation. They advised me on how to prepare my Garmin Nuvi for the sd card in advance, and provided me with the various postal options. I managed to organise my sd card to be delivered to my hotel, and it was there when I requested it. It was easy to install, and the email instructions sent in advance about deselecting my Australian map, and selecting the Britain map was useful. Thanks activegps for making it so easy. Your advertisement states official road angel product yet it comes in bubble wrap in a brown box...no official packaging at all. Furthermore product is clearly sub standard which I have had to modify in order to use properly....very poor indeed and I will not be recommending your company to anyone or making any further purchases from yourselves..

I am sure that people are always very quick to criticise but not so keen to praise. This is just to give you some feedback on the excellent Customer Services offered by Chris. After I ordered updated maps for my Becker satnav he took the time to call me and explain that you did not now stock, or were able to order, the pre-loaded SD card but he could offer the map on DVD together with a blank SD card. He also gave me the number of a help line I could call in the event of a problem loading the maps. I am pleased to say I did not have to call the help line and I have now successfully updated my Becker 7934. Please pass my thanks to Chris for his assistance.
