The Origin b2 speed camera detector includes a LCD that displays

The advanced features of the Origin b2 GPS speed camera detector include Directional feature that limits warnings for speed traps positioned in the direction of vehicle travel, Limitator feature that triggers warnings only when the vehicle is exceeding the posted legal speed limit and Motorway feature that only provides warnings on the motorway network and not on adjacent road networks.

In addition to all UK speed camera locations the b2 has a School Proximity Warning Mode which only issues alerts during primary and secondary school active hours and term schedules and a Congestion Charging Camera Warning Mode that alerts the driver as the vehicle approaches congestion charging zones during active hours.

Installation

The Origin b2 GPS antenna and console must be installed in the vehicle. An independent professional installation is not required. All required accessories for installation are provided including the cigarette lighter power adaptor.

Radar detector

The Origin b2 radar detector is used in combination with the Origin b2 and offers the driver all-round protection against most of the fixed and mobile cameras on the road. View the Origin b2 Radar Detector.

Origin b2 Speed Camera Database

The Origin b2 uses the Origin360 award winning database of speed camera and accident blackspot locations to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available - all downloaded via your PC and the suppilied USB docking station. Origin b2 speed camera updates are free for six months, thereafter a charge of £50 per year.
